Supply & demand registration

The purpose of registration in one sentence: use structured information to state clearly 'what you have' or 'what you need', so that later matching and conversations have a basis. You do not need to have the whole market figured out before registering, but you do need to describe your scenario and boundaries truthfully.

Supplier registration Demand-side registration Structured template No scenario, no transaction
Scope

Register 'what you can do',not 'what raw data you have'

The registration form deliberately does not collect raw data content, patient information or specific data files. All we need is enough information to judge whether a match and compliance are possible.

What to register

Resource types and service capabilities, coverage and update frequency, authorisation and masking status, and the preferred delivery method; or the use scenario, required fields, delivery requirements and expected timeline.

Not needed, and should not be registered

Do not enter patient names, ID numbers, contact details or other personally identifiable information in the registration form, and do not upload raw data files or unauthorised materials.

What happens after registration

We run compliance screening first to confirm the scenario is clear and the boundaries well defined; the entry then enters the matching queue, where AI calculates the fit score, and an advisor contacts you to confirm the details.

Registration Items

What each side fills in,all listed here

The template only asks for information relevant to matching. The more complete the information, the faster screening and matching will be, and the fewer repeated confirmations later.

Resource type
Dataset / data service & interface / data application & model / analytical research capability
Domain & topic
e.g. infertility, pelvic floor rehabilitation, imaging, waveforms, follow-up and similar areas
Coverage
Time span, sample size, number of institutions, field scope (ranges are acceptable)
Update frequency
One-off / periodic updates / real-time or near real-time
Authorisation and masking status
Data sources and the authorisation chain, masking status, and an assessment of tradeability
Delivery preference
Dataset delivery / controlled interface call / use within a sandbox / report delivery
Use scenario
Model training / clinical research / support for regulatory filing / operational analysis / product development
Required domains and fields
List the required and optional fields, and indicate whether the metrics must be at raw-level granularity
Scale and timing
Required sample size or time span, and expected delivery time
Compliance requirements
Whether ethics or regulatory materials are required, and whether the data must stay in its domain
Delivery requirements
Usable but not visible / interface call / private deployment / report
Scope of use
Internal use / whether external publication is allowed / whether it is used for regulatory filing, and the term of use

Organisation name, contact name, mobile number or email
Identity type
Care provider / research institute or university / data service provider / enterprise / data exchange / other

FAQ

About the registration form

Do I have to fill in everything?

Only the contact name and organisation name are required. The more completely you fill in the remaining fields, the faster screening and matching will be. If some items cannot be determined yet (such as authorisation status), choose 'Not yet reviewed — I would like the platform to help assess', and an advisor will clarify them with you during follow-up.

Can I register as both a supplier and the demand side?

Yes. Please submit two separate registrations: one as a supplier and one as the demand side. The information from each side enters the matching queue independently, which avoids confusion.

Why can't I send data files in the registration form?

So that the data always stays with the party that holds it. Registration is there to judge whether a match and compliance are possible, and it does not need the raw content; any data that genuinely needs to be reviewed is handled in a controlled environment after compliance assessment and agreement, not passed through a public form.

What if there is no match for the time being?

Your registration stays in the matching queue, and the fit is recalculated whenever new registrations arrive and form a match. An advisor will also tell you 'where the current gap is' — for example a missing scenario description, field specification or compliance material — so that you can add it and re-enter matching.

Register your resources or needs

Registration takes only 5–10 minutes. AI matches first, then a specialist advisor follows up to make it happen; we will confirm the next step with you after compliance screening.
