Access to medical data annotation sets no high barrier, but there must be a clear verification step: who you are, what professional background you have, and whether you can annotate to the specification. Once the four-step verification is complete, you receive the corresponding capability level, which determines the range of tasks you can take on and the pricing standard.
For participants, for data holders and for the models that ultimately use the data, verification answers the same question: this annotation was completed by someone with the corresponding capability.
Professional background and assessment results map directly to task tier and unit price. Without verification you can only take on the lowest-tier tasks; with it you can take on specialist tasks that match your capability.
Every annotation result can be traced to the person who completed it and their verification level, forming a verifiable work record —— the precondition for a data asset to be audited for compliance.
Annotation quality directly determines the ceiling of a model. Verification and grading mean high-risk tasks are taken on only by people who have passed the corresponding assessment, reducing systematic bias at the source.
No documents to post and no in-person interview. The trial annotation assessment in step 3 is the only part that needs careful preparation.
Register with your mobile number, enter your real name and ID information for real-name verification, and set up a settlement account. The system only checks consistency and uses the information for nothing else. About 10 minutes.
Submit the materials corresponding to your identity type (practising licence, degree or proof of enrolment, professional training certificates, etc.). Materials are used only for qualification decisions, stored online and subject to access controls. Response within 1–2 business days.
Complete the specification training first, then trial-annotate a set of samples whose standard answers are known. The system scores accuracy, boundary agreement and conformity to the specification; meeting the threshold means you pass. If you do not pass, you can retake the assessment after 7 days.
Sign the confidentiality commitment and service agreement online, which explicitly prohibit exporting, transcribing or distributing task data and set out how rewards are calculated and settled. Once signed, you receive your level and task access.
Your level is determined by professional background + trial assessment + historical quality, and can rise or fall. Quality is the only metric that has to be sustained over time.
Can take on: text field extraction, classification decisions and simple segments. Entry-level unit prices are lower, but the rules are clear and easy to pick up.
Entry · pass the assessmentCan take on: basic imaging outlining, waveform segments, and entity and relation annotation. Requires a high pass rate at L1, or the relevant professional background.
Intermediate · pass rate metCan take on: specialist imaging outlining, lesion grading and complex semantic annotation. Requires the relevant professional background (e.g. clinical / imaging) and passing the specialist assessment.
Specialist · specialist background requiredCan take on: cross review, dispute adjudication and specialist final review. Selected from L3 annotators with a sustained high pass rate; paid by review volume and eligible for a quality bonus.
Review · selectedVerification involves personal identity and practising information, which is sensitive personal information. The platform collects it on a minimum-necessary basis, limits its use, and isolates access rights by role.
The platform does not expose any raw medical data to participants. Task data is masked and displayed in a controlled environment; screenshots, exports, transcription and distribution are prohibited. Participants must sign a confidentiality commitment, and the platform fulfils its personal information and data security obligations as required.
